A couple of weeks ago I lost everything on my desk top!! Completely wiped out! Can you say frustrated? Yes, I was feeling a little frustrated. Mostly at myself, because I do know that I'm supposed to cover my back by saving to the server! Oh well. I then checked with our building sysop and she said that sometimes files will reappear just as mysteriously as they disappeared. So, I waited...and waited, but no such luck! Then this week another teacher lost the files on her desk top. This time the sysop was able to contact someone who then told her to run a check for viruses and start the computer up in safe mode. Guess what! All of my files were still there!
