Models of Honeycombs

We used toilet paper rolls to make our honeycomb models.








Expert Speaker

Our expert speaker joined us to share his knowledge of honey bees.
 He is a local bee keeper in our area.

Honey Bee Postcards


Students have been working on their fact that they want included on their postcard. We are so excited to see the final product. Sets of these will be sold to friends and families. A set will also be presented to the Huntington Museum of Art and various community members.

 
 


SHARING OUR LEARNING!!!!

Students take responsibility for their own learning by sharing with the other kindergarten crews. Every Wednesday we travel from room to room learning about our friends' case studies. My kiddos absolutely love to do this! It always amazing me at how well they do!
